Tim here...I am a small company where I actually answer your phone call, come to look at what you need done, and do the work myself.  I do not have a sales person or secretary or office staff dealing with what I actually do. You will not talk with someone in another country or in another part of this country. You will talk with me and I am happy to take the time to do so, but if I do not answer your call, it is probably because I am working on someone else’s project at the time. So, please just leave me a voice mail. I generally return calls in the evenings between 6pm-9pm.

So this is how I operate and I do my best to give honest and reliable service as quickly as I can. Emergencies, like leaking pipes and such, take priority over fixing a screen door. If you had the leaking pipe I am sure you would understand. Since I work by myself and the Good Lord only gave me two hands, I encourage homeowner participation on larger projects and I am always happy to explain things to homeowners. I will not do jobs that building codes require a licensed plumber, electrician or HVAC person to handle. I can make recommendations for such areas. I do offer 24/7 service for real emergencies.

I am a member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals and I'm happy to give Senior Citizen Discounts. I accept all major credit cards as payment as well as cash and personal checks.
